• Browser history or behavioral data

2. Local Device Storage Only

All sketches, drawings, text notes, or uploaded content remain entirely in your browser via LocalStorage. We do not store data on servers. If you clear your browser cache, your data will be deleted permanently.

3. Zero Access to User Content

We cannot view, access, retrieve, or modify your drawings — even if requested. The Service functions without any back-end data storage.

4. User Responsibility & Legal Use

You are fully responsible for the content you create using the whiteboard.

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Illegal or prohibited content
• Hate speech or harassment
• Explicit or adult material
• Extremist or violent content
• Malicious instructions (fraud, hacking, etc.)
• Copyrighted material without permission

If misuse is detected or reported, we may restrict access to the Service where required by law.

5. Sensitive / Confidential Information

The Service is not recommended for storing medical records, IDs, passwords, financial accounts, or sensitive company documents. We provide no encryption, backup, or cloud security. Use at your own discretion.

6. Educational & Business Usage Disclaimer

The Service is suitable for learning, teaching, visual thinking, diagrams, and brainstorming. However:

• We do not guarantee data retention
• We are not liable for data loss or recovery
• We do not provide encryption or cloud storage

7. Exported Files (PNG / PDF)

When you export or download your drawing, it is created directly on your device. We do not save or access any exported files.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, advertisements, third-party scripts, or fingerprinting technologies.

9. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The Service does not collect any data. However, if used in schools or with minors, supervision is recommended. Teachers and parents are responsible for monitoring content drawn by children.

10. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

• No data processing – exempt from GDPR / CCPA data laws
• No personal data is stored
• No user tracking or selling of any kind

11. Legal Jurisdiction

This Service is operated globally. Any legal disputes must be handled under the jurisdiction of the operator’s home country. We do not enter into legal agreements with individual users.
